I think most people would expect a repair company to visit, confirm a problem, and then schedule the repair. It was very refreshing that Michael arrived (on time, another plus that I was dealing with a professional company). He quickly discovered what was needed to fix the problem. The purpose of this letter is to let you know how pleased I am with your installation of my new garage doors and openers yesterday, June 3, at my home here in Downingtown. I was particularly impressed by the workmanship of your installer, Danny N. He arrived promptly at 8:30, went right to work (by himself) removing the old doors and installing the new ones, and was finished shortly after 3 pm. Before he left, he explained to me the features of the new equipment and carefully checked to make sure all debris from the job had been cleaned up and removed.
